Experienced Equipment Operator

R&L Construction is seeking an experienced excavation equipment operator to join our team. This position requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and consistently deliver quality results.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Excavation for residential foundations and footers

• Installation of gutter and drainage lines

• Small site preparation and final grading

• Driveway grading and installation

• Adherence to all company and safety standards​=

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating excavators and skid loaders

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Attention to detail and quality workmanship​

• A CDL is preferred, but not required.

​

This role often involves working independently in the field, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, accountable, and takes pride in doing the job right.
