R&L now has an in house NRCS certified engineer, Russ Driskill.  Russ received his engineering degree from VMI in 1971.  Since graduation Russ has worked as an engineer for both the military and the private sector.  Even if you are not using R&L Construction to build your next structure, you can still use us for your structural engineering needs.  If you have questions or are in need of an engineer, contact us at (540) 879-3370, or Office@rlincva.com.
